3. Trading & Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk and may result in the loss of your funds, including amounts amplified by the use of leverage. Prices are volatile and past performance is not indicative of future results. You trade at your own risk and are solely responsible for your decisions.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals are reviewed and processed by our team and may be subject to verification (including identity / KYC checks). We may decline, delay, or reverse a transaction where we reasonably suspect fraud, error, or a breach of these Terms.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, to manipulate markets, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, or to interfere with the operation of the Platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KoboMarket is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
